The WAI Story
Wai started the way most good things do: by paying attention.
We realised we felt better when we kept things simple: moving because we enjoyed it, spending time outdoors, and choosing small rituals that added something to our days instead of trying to optimise every part of them.
Water, salt, and lemon.
Nothing fancy. Just what worked for us.
So we stopped talking about it and made it.
