These Terms and Conditions govern your use of drinkwai.co and any purchase made through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Wai is operated by Choose Wai (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa.
1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Products and Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your order confirmation are the prices that apply to that order.
3. Orders and Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Delivery We deliver to addresses within South Africa. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for
delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you have the right to return goods within 5 business days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@drinkwai.co. We do not accept returns on consumable goods that have been opened, unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Cooling-Off Period If you purchased through a direct marketing channel, you have the right to cancel your order within 5 business days of receipt under the CPA, provided the goods are unopened and in their original condition.
7. Product Information We take care to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information are accurate. However, we recommend that customers with dietary requirements, allergies, or medical conditions consult a healthcare professional before consuming Wai. Our product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including copy, photography, branding, and design — is the property of Choose Wai (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Wai's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
